Is there any registration fees?

There was a $49 registration fee before but it was removed, so, now in order to move to Solavei you Pay your first month $49 and that's it.

What phones can be used with Solavei?

Solavei runs over a 4G GSM nationwide network. It means any GSM phone that works with Sim card can be used with Solavei. Double check your phone is compatible going to "Have a phone" under "Mobile Service" in here. Also unlock your phone calling your actual carrier other than Tmobile. If you are in a not GSM network like I was, you can get a new one on ebay, craigslist, walmart... I got the ZTE Origin with hotspot, so now, I don't need to pay my iPad's 3G (another $25 in savings).
